A Match with Truth - Kalas

Kalas is sitting in a training field, where he is calmly meditating on a tree stump. The barren area he occupies is surrounded by trees, as he calmly listens to the sounds of nature. On the many training poles, large marks can be seen where the bark and part of the inner core of wood has been cleanly punched through. Many small knives are scattered across the ground, some stuck inside the wood.

Tiamatt walks quietly through the wooded area, a dragon hilted sword strapped loosely around her waist on her left while a diamond blade is strapped to her back. Her footfalls are light as she walks into the training clearing before stopping and smiling lightly at the young man standing at the center of the clearing. (x.x i'm not used to rp like this. i hope its ok)

Kalas sniffs the air softly, and smiles as he keeps his eyes closed. "Hello, Tiamatt." he speaks softly.

Tiamatt smiles, her voice quiet as she speaks, bowing her head in greeting. "Hello Kalas." She lifts her head, glancing quickly around the clearing before her gaze finally rests on Kalas.

Kalas opens his eyes and looks at Tiamatt with gentle yet fiery eyes. "What brings you here?" he got off the stump and stood in front of her.

Tiamatt laughs lighty, folding her arms over her chest. "I would think one reason would be obvious." Her gaze softens as she locks eyes with Kalas before looking around the clearing. "Another was curiousity. I've never seen this area before."

Kalas smirked a little. "This is my secret training area...and you must be here to spar me." he spoke calmly.

Tiamatt laughs and smiles. "are my intentions really that obvious to you?"

Kalas chuckled lightly at her. "No...it was a guess. But, if I am to fight against my beloved Tia, so be it." he got into a fighting stance and poofed into his human transformation. "I am ready."

Tiamatt smiled and reached over to her left side, drawing the Oblivion Blade, a loose but firm grip on the hilt, taking a moment to examine Kalas' stance. "This should be interesting" She darts forward, raising her sword and swinging it upwards once Kalas is within striking range.

Kalas blinked a bit as he jumped back, looking at the sword as it barely misses his neck. "Hm." he does not draw his sword yet, but whilst in midair, he studies her movements carefully. "...Ha." he lands and smiles at her sword stance. "Intriguing...I like it." he darts towards her, arms behind him as he moves extremely fast straight forward at Tia.

Tiamatt smirks, tightening her grip on the hilt of her sword, ready to parry an incoming blow while keeping her feet planked firmly into the ground.

Kalas smirked, lunging himself at her when he was in range, and suddenly vanished into thin air!

Tiamatt's eyes widened in surprise at Kalas' disappearance, her sword slightly raised in reaction to his earlier lunge before glancing around the clearing for her opponent. "where are you?..."

"Over here..." he says in sing-song to Tia's right, coming out of the trees with a flying kick aimed for her head.

Tiamatt smirks and raises the Oblivion Blade, twisting it so that Kalas' foot makes contact with the flat of the blade. her toes dig into the ground as she slides back a few feet from the blow before pushing her sword and Kalas away. "nice move"

"Thank you." he jumps off the blade doing a back flip. When he is facing Tia again in midair, he makes a strange hand sign, and blows out through his mouth. Suddenly, a large gust is sent towards Tia.

Tiamatt smiles and ducks lows, allowing most of the gust to blow over her before running towards and then beneath Lee, kicking off the ground and twist so that she faces him, swinging her sword upwards. "nice Kalas, but i'm a dragon. my element main element may be fire but i have to know of the wind to be able to fly."

Kalas' eyes widen a bit as he makes his hand transform into a green dragon claw, stopping the sword with the long black nails pertruding from the claw. "Ah!" he winces a bit. ~So strong...~

"thank you" Tiamatt leans forward to land a quick kiss to Kalas' cheek before spreading large blood red scaled wings to maintain airborn. Smirking a little, Tiamatt flaps her wings and flips, one leg tucked against her as the other is aimed towards Kalas.

Kalas shakes away his blush and rolls forward to dodge the kick aimed for him. "Gah..."

Tiamatt frowns a little, eyes filling with concern but still alert as she slowly flaps her wings to stay airborn. "are you alright, Kalas?"

Kalas lets his head down. ~Gr...I dont want to use my sword to hurt her, but if I don't she'll kill me!~ he thought to himself. "I'm fine..." he stands up and gets into a different stance than before. "Come on!"

Tiamatt smiles in relief before her smile widens into a grin, her pupils dilating to slits. "Alright then.* Tiamatt tucks her wings to her side, diving Kalas, her blade at her side. "Give me your best shot!"

Kalas has one hand close to him with an open palm while the other is stretched out with an upside-down open palm. "Hrr.." he turns in a 360, gathering wind at his chest and hands, then expells the gust in one concentrated blow, aimed upwards towards Tia. has his arms like this now kinda lol
